Schizachyrium scoparium 'Smoke Signal'

Smoke Signal Little Bluestem is an upright growing Schizachyrium that is drought and deer resistant. Blue-green foliage turns a magnificent scarlet red in late summer and then purple-red in the fall. Small tan seed heads adorn the stems early fall.
