This small booklet contains three texts related to the practice of Amitayus. The first is the extensive sadhana of Amitayus and can be used for both daily practice and retreat. The second is a method for benefiting others through reciting the mantra and blessing long-life substances that can be done once you have completed the retreat. The third is a short commentary on the practice.
